La Maison du Cassoulet now welcomes you in the heart of the Pyrenees, in Saint Lary (65); ideally situated in the center of the village, between the telepherique station and the therme center.
The restaurant aims to provide the very best atmosphere with regional cuisine combined to modern and authentic decoration.
The menu includes the traditional regional meals, guest star being the real Cassoulet as cooked in Castelnaudary and served in the traditional stoneware pot. You will also have a choice of typical montain specialities, regional wines,
and cooking with magret, duck confit,
foie gras, salads
and home made deserts.
