La Maison du Cassoulet is ideally situated in Toulouse city center, close to the Jean Jaures underground station. The restaurant aims to provide the very best atmosphere with regional cuisine combined to modern and authentic decoration reflecting the "pink" city.

The menu includes the traditional regional meals, guest star being the real Cassoulet as cooked in castelnaudary and served in the traditional stoneware pot.
